First Degree is the introductory level to Reiki and is a prerequisite to continuing your Reiki training. This course is suitable to for anyone who has an interest in learning Reiki - whether one is an experienced healer in another technique or completely new to the practice of energy healing.

The course includes a private Reiki treatment with me a few days before your training, comprehensive manual, an internationally recognised certificate, personalised Reiki journal, lunch and refreshments, follow-up session and unlimited lifetime support and email support course.
