Personal Practice Evenings are aimed at helping you to learn new ideas, deepen your own personal practices and self-development in a welcoming, supportive and compassionate environment.
Subjects will include a wide range of interesting and experiential topics intended to be useful for both beginners and experts alike.
Whether you are someone who is "new to all of this" and would like to learn more, or "have been doing this for years", it's my hope that you'll enjoy spending time with like-minded people, learning information that you can apply to daily life - in the interest of feeling enhanced wellbeing, balance, less stress and more happiness.
We'll speak about various meditation techniques and exercises, mindfulness, angels, crystals, healing, positive psychology, self-help and more.
Making a real and definite difference to those who attend is at the core of my motivation so please feel free to make suggestions if there are specific ideas you'd like to learn about or practice.
