Nah, who'm I kidding?! I not "brewing" anything, it's all perfectly planned already I know EXACTLY what's gonna go down - a day of bliss, peace, good vibes, happy times, beautiful people, lots of laughter annnnnd most importantly, mindbogglingly transformative meditation practice.

- Watch out for a P.S. message to this with a listing of Malas available to purchase in advance of the workshop. Each Mala is entirely unique; with sterling silver findings, gemstone beads and hand-made with sooo much love by yours truly... I'm not kidding; they're my babies until they move onto their new homes.

"Desiderata.

Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.

Clouds and blue sky

As with the Light and Dark concept, the sunshine is always there it's just temporarily obscured so no matter what that cloud cover represents for you, hold tenaciously onto the idea that there is beautiful, glorious sunshine waiting for you and this will get you through moment by moment.
