This is a very random, last-minute idea... at 4pm today I’m going to be sending distant healing out to anyone who would like to receive it.
I’ve literally just realised that today is 04.04, my life path number is 40/4, and 444 is my favourite angel number, so I’d like to do something special at 4pm... spreading love and sharing light feels most appropriate 😊

You don't need to do anything special. Just carry on with your day, or if you'd like to, you can take a quiet moment around 4pm to breathe, rest, reflect or sit/lie down to receive.

WhatsApp Video Call means that you can join us from anywhere in the world, making it even easier to show up for yourself.
You will be in and out in under an hour (45 mins absolute max - this is intentional!!) so that you simply cannot say you “don’t have the time” or are “too busy” or “have too much to do”.
Do something for a little time, rather than nothing for a lot of time.

All levels from complete beginners to lifelong masters.
