As promised, I'll be teaching another free of charge yoga class at ShinKick in Guildford on Sunday 20th September 2026.
All abilities welcome, especially beginners.
The class will include Sun Salutations and a series of easily achievable postures with full guidance throughout.
Why free? Because I'm still learning and would love an opportunity to gain confidence, share my love of yoga, and give you a chance to move, breathe and reset. Perfect way to spend a Sunday, amirite 😉
